We utilize Stripe Checkout for secure payment processing.

• Data Privacy: We do not store any credit card or personal financial information on our servers. All sensitive payment data is securely hosted and processed by Stripe, Inc. in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm and Klarna are available at checkout for qualifying orders. These services are provided by third parties and subject to their own terms, credit approval process, and privacy policies.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Orders totaling $100 or more (after any discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
• Rates: Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated by total package weight and displayed at checkout before payment.
• Handling Time: Items generally ship within 2 business days of purchase.
• Carriers: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business day delivery) and in some cases UPS or FedEx (services and transit times vary).
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
• Domestic Only: We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Orlando, FL. To arrange a pickup, contact us at [email protected] to schedule a date and time. Please include item SKUs and quantities in your message.

• Reserve / Hold: A hold will be placed on requested item(s) for up to 2 business days from confirmation.
• No Guarantee: Holds are not guaranteed and may be cancelled without notice.
• Payment: Payment in the form of cash or Zelle is collected at the time of pickup.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

• Secure Location: Please ensure your shipping address is a secure delivery location.
• In-Transit Loss: If your package is lost in transit (not yet marked delivered), please contact us immediately so we can open a claim with the carrier.
• Insurance: Shipments may include carrier-provided basic coverage. Additional insurance is not automatically included.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted after an item has shipped.
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items.
• Condition Requirement: Items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, sizing adjustments, or any alteration will be denied a return.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
