2. Email Communications & Unsubscribe

Types of Emails We Send

• Order Confirmation: Sent automatically when you complete a purchase. Contains your order reference, total, and next steps. This is a transactional email required to fulfill your order.
• Back-in-Stock Alerts: If you requested notification for an out-of-stock product, we will email you when that item becomes available again. You are opted into this notification by submitting the back-in-stock form.
• Newsletter & Promotions: If you subscribe via our newsletter form or complete a purchase, your email may be added to our promotional list for news, deals, and new arrivals.
• Customer Service Replies: Responses to contact form submissions or direct email inquiries.
• Google Customer Reviews: If you opt in at checkout, Google may send you a brief survey to review your purchase experience. This is administered by Google, not Discount Invicta's.

How to Unsubscribe

You may opt out of promotional and marketing emails at any time using any of the following methods:

• Email link: Every promotional email we send contains an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be immediately removed from our mailing list.
• Email us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you within 10 business days.

Please note that even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you may still receive transactional emails directly related to a purchase (such as order confirmations or shipping updates).

CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

All products sold are physical goods. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of product descriptions beyond what is stated on the product page. All timepieces sold are guaranteed authentic as described.
