Shipping & Delivery

Orders over $100 ship free within the US. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate based on package weight, starting at $5.99 via USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders ship within 2 business days. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. For larger or heavier orders we may use UPS or FedEx.

Not at this time. We currently ship to US domestic addresses only.

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes! We offer local pickup in Orlando, FL. Email [email protected] with the SKU(s) you’d like to reserve. Payment is accepted via cash or Zelle. Reserved items are held for up to 2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. See our full Returns & Cancellations policy for details.

Email [email protected] to request an RMA number. An RMA is required before shipping anything back — returns without an RMA will be refused and the sender is responsible for return shipping.

The buyer pays return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Items must be original, unworn, and unused with all tags, stickers, and packaging included. Any signs of wear, missing components, or removed tags will result in the return being denied.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

No. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to cancel it for a full refund.

Yes — 100% authentic. Every watch we sell is brand new, in its original packaging, and sourced directly from wholesale distributors. We stand behind the authenticity of every product.

No. Discount Invicta’s is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Invicta Watch Group or any of its subsidiaries.

Watches include the manufacturer’s warranty as provided by the brand. Warranty terms and coverage vary by manufacturer. Contact the brand directly for warranty claims.

We source directly from wholesale distributors, operate with low overhead, and maintain a finely curated rotating inventory. This allows us to price 5–40% below MAP and 50–90% below MSRP.

Payment & Security

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as Affirm and Klarna buy-now-pay-later options — all processed securely through Stripe.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe Checkout, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s servers and never touch our systems.

Yes! Affirm and Klarna are available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free installments (subject to approval).

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
